Pros
Good engineers, decent facilities, half decent wage
Cons
As everyone to date has said - and it hasn't changed in the past 5 years - the senior management is awful, generally bullying the troops into producing documents to back up thier own thoughts rather than taking onboard evidence from skilled and experienced engineers and using it to progress the projects. Too many managers, too few engineers. Too much based on winning bids without plans to back them up, limited resources and total lack of engineering progression.
