Pros
This WAS a great place to work. Compensation was good. Management gave great latitude in your work schedule due to family considerations. The work was interesting.
Cons
In the past year, things had greatly changed at GD C4S. I knew several senior employees who were highly rated on their reviews last year, who where given poor reviews this year and then laid off. After the lay off, the management gave a party to celebrate not being laid off. Which I thought showed how insensitive management had become. The integrity of the management is at an all time low.
