Pros
Nothing to mention that is good about this compnay.
Cons
The management does not care about employees. They consistently let employees get away with doing nothing, and making some do all the work. They let employees with a disability work as mechanics and those employees use their disabilitiy against all other employees and make them do most of the work. The pay is not up to the standards that is should be. The anual review system is terribly shewded and not worth the time to fill out. The management keeps telling the employees that the review determines how much of a pay increase that we get and it doesn't help at all. The pay is set on a scale and they are giving a raise dependent on the where you are at on the scale, but trying to keep everyone in the middle of the scale. If you work your tail off and someone doesn't do much of anything they could get a larger raise if they are lower on the scale. If you are deployed overseas they do not support their employees. You live like animals, are treated like animals, work in deplorable conditions, and any problems are ignored. They make so much money from the government that they don't care about any of their employees
