Pros
Great group of people and a great company. I worked at the corporate office where everyone from the President/CEO down to the admins had a passion for their work and the company as a whole. Everyone had a great attitude that fostered a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. One of the best places I've ever worked.
Cons
Communication between departments was sometimes slow, which made things more difficult than necessary for the support staff, but that happens in most large organizations.
