      Pros

      I worked for a small company that was bought out by a larger company that was bought out by GDIT. We somewhat still have that small company atmosphere as not much has changed other than corporate policies and politics. That's about the only Pro.

      Cons

      Horrible health insurance, corporate politics.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
