      Decent work life balance for sure. Allowed me to change schedules based on my children's needs.

      No room for much growth. Given more responsibilities without more pay.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
