      They are good mismanagement and incompetency.

      Cons

      Don't work here. Horrible mismanaged place filled with incompetency from leadership to basic manager. DO NOT WORK HERE! There is no "IT" in GDIT.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
