      Growth opportunities are achievable with time and hard work Changing roles is supported At the R&D facility, we get to see and touch the newest aircraft design products as they are built Supportive leadership for work/life balance Pension retirement and partially-matched contributions to 401k Not a publicly traded company so new innovations are approached with boldness

      Cons

      Benefit carriers change somewhat frequently There are much fewer company amenities at the desert locations Layoffs are a new thing here

      Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

      Cons

      Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
