      There is entirely too much tribal knowledge floating around. Some upper level managers are so inept that they cannot lead their way out of a closet

      Great team with lots of smart people. Great raises and bonuses. Flexibility to move around within company to explore other career paths. 9x80 schedule is awesome.

      Many processes are slow and not tailored for space.
