Pros
The team I work with on a daily basis is amazing. We're like a family, who is incredibly supportive of each other. If I could give my actual team an 'Overall Score' it would be five. You get to work directly with very talented people, who care a huge amount about what they're doing.
Cons
Where do I start? Overworked & understaffed. Doing the job of 2-3 people for the time I've been here. When complaints happen about the lack of staffing, COO says in global update calls to cut unnecessary processes - staff push back on this statement (as all unnecessary processes have already been cut) & he then jokes about it in the following global update call. This doesn't make the people doing the incredibly hard work on the ground feel appreciated or listened to. Multiple staff members have to take time off for mental health, as they've hit burn out point. Low salaries. Paid about 20k less than the same kind of role in other businesses within the city. We preach for continuous learning as a business, but zero opportunities for personal growth within the business, due to no spare time & feeling exhausted 24/7. CEO is incredibly smart, but absolutely zero people skills.
