Poor technical level, that always leads to buggy games, and no technical art workflow
Project leads with no art knowledge supervise and manage artist on the project
Frequent overtime and working weekends due to poor scheduled process, sudden addition of features, or just rushing to get the game finished
Whenever a senior leaves, what they do is hire interns and junior in replacement
No transparency at all. You won't know how the company is performing, or even the data from the game you are working on.
1-2 game designer for the entire company, and they don't even pay attention to them
You can work hard, work overtime and do your best, but your work does never get valued
