      Genentech has been a great place to work. They take care of employees and the work is very inspiring. They constantly remind you through actions and deeds the importance of what we do.

      Cons

      Constantly needing to manage up. Company is on a mission to move everything to digital at the cost of not engaging with customers, patients and employees at the level they used to.
