Management is transparent with staff expectations, communicates mission assignments with clear direction. Work here if you LOVE to be micromanaged and not trusted to do your job (even if you are more than qualified for the position). The CEO’s business skills are lacking. Management across all departments are poor with communication and resistant to feedback. The CEO scientific integrity is pliable to the wants of sponsors - will cherry pick data to give sponsors ‘favorable’ results. Fires competent, talented staff on a whim by ‘eliminating’ the position and hires a replacement within days. Incredibly unprofessional, toxic work environment. Pay is lower than job market standards.
