Biomatters Limited (Geneious product) is a fantastic place to work. It has a lovely, welcoming culture that makes you feel right at home. So much so, that many people, myself included, have been working at this company for 5 years+. - Excellent work/life balance. - Very cool product space. - Lots of career growth opportunities with a very supportive management team.

Not many worth sharing. Perhaps just increasing bureaucracy from becoming more of a multi-corporate. However, we've managed to maintain our culture and benefits. Nothing has really changed for most.

Interesting domain to work in where lots of innovation is occurring, flat management structure with lots of freedom, great colleagues, flexible hours

lack of structure can be a downside for some, sometimes a little chaotic but that's the tradeoff with this style of workplace
