Pros
Excellent benefits mostly because they come from the parent company. Ability to work from home depending on the department. People are super smart.
Cons
Upper management is extremely arrogant and passive aggressive. In their heads they think Geneia is a multimillion company with thousands of employees. So they treat employees like they're easily replaceable, but they're not and everyone knows it. People here have to be very smart. CEO knows what he's doing but his "right hands" make decisions based on favoritism and emotions. Biased and unprofessional.
