Pros
friendly and supportive team members and a good location.
Cons
HR really require a good handle of how to communicate with respect and sensitivity to their staff (shocking what ive experienced).
Not as much a professional environment as you would hope. I remember when a team member resigned and the management almost instantly 'blanked' the individual out of existence, not very nice for the person completing their notice period.
Didnt experience structure to the assay development process either, wasted resource and spending. Ordering of materials and generating data of no use and lack support of a clear hypothesis. Rushing to complete without clear project timelines quality of documentation is poor.
Seeing some LinkedIn reviews of clients very much upset with how the company has not been delivering (posts were deleted by the company but would have been better to show acknowledgement and how to improve).
At one point a staff member was seen rummaging through clinical waste bins for PCR product to re run an experiment, how this was ok for the management to accept at any level is shocking.
would not recommend as you would struggle to develop professionally and technically.
