Pros
Very good working athmosphere. It is fun to work together with the collegues and it is easy to get support when needed. Topics are interesting and not repetitive. Working hours can be adapted to your needs and there is some flexibility in work from home (max 2d/w). Your work is openly recognized and the organization tries to keep you motivated.
Cons
Decisions are very hierarchical, where at the most you can contribute with an opinion. Conflicts are often swept under the rug. You have to build your career path by yourself, with very limited help from management.
