Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are really sorry that your experience at GenePlanet did not match our intention of creative and dynamic workplace. Our fast growth brings with it different challenges, and not all get to be addressed as quickly as we would like. We took your feedback and stated with corporate events, like teambuilding activities twice a year, weekly team hike, fresh fruit in all the offices, sponsored gym membership, birthday gifts, welcome packages etc… We are also addressing other places in order to deliver a good employee experience, like onboarding, mentoring,… etc. to nourish employee retention and satisfaction. Above all, we would like to provide out employees with meaningful work and good team spirit, so our main focus is on that. Thank you again for the feedback.
