As any company with aggressive growth come the growing pains, however company realizes where we can get better and establishes a path to correct any issues at hand.

The only thing is you get paid every Friday.

This is a terrible company to work for. I have never worked for a company with so much turnover. The upper management doesn`t have a clue how to run a company, because they don`t care about the employees. I think we are on the 5th branch manager in 2 years, and we have had so much turnover in 2024 that we lost count. The company hired a new dispatcher around September, and he was doing a great job, but they fired him the week before Christmas. I would not recommend anyone to work here. I highly recommend that you stay away from this dumpster fire.
