Technology advancement in Biometrics which makes it a great workplace only if management has a clear vision and approach in nurturing employees to their best abilities.
Cons
Downsides is too small word for what a employee suffer when he comes with great zeal to deliver best results in unfriendly environment. Please check brotherhood compatibility before you ruin your career...strict advise.
