Pros
A small, owner-owned organization with its pros and cons. Flexible distribution of tasks and duties.
Cons
Staff is treated respectfully when having a PhD. Wife of owner is chief HR, therefore hard to discuss issues. Most HR related things can be improved (communication, rules - there are a lot, positions). It can easily happen that one applies for a specific position and then one is shifted into a completely different position. Weird organisational structure. Low salary. Low respect of COVID rules (quarantine time, absence during sickness).
