Pros

- Hybrid Schedule and some nice coworkers

Cons

- terrible management benefits and training. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. They act like you are incompetent when you make mistakes. You are overworked underpaid and under appreciated like a modern day sweat shop. I would not recommend this company to anyone. One of the supervisors in particular was a pretty awful person to work with, and the way she would talk to me via teams was disheartening and very condescending. I am glad I don’t have to work there anymore and am looking forward to a fresh start.

Pros

You’re able to work with nice people

Cons

This company is ridiculous. They mandated three days in office. Yet? Nobody shows up still but then if you have a dentists appointment you have to let your superior know two weeks in advance. The computers are still absolute dog water. They had a town hall specifying that they’re above 1.35 AUM but yet employees and directors and principals have to continue using laptops from 2007? Make it make sense. The actual software that the company uses is also just terrible and lags for an hour or two at least twice a day. But if you bring it up they’ll just ignore you and then get upset why it takes so long for xyz file to be downloaded. Do better
