Thank you for taking the time to write this review and leave us feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with us at Gen H, as making everyone feel welcome and included is a priority for the whole team.
I appreciate you sharing your concerns about not feeling valued at the company. Making our colleagues feel recognised is something that we try to proactively address in a number of ways, including publicised team shout-outs on Hibob and Slack, all managers holding regular 1-1s with each individual member of their team, and both team-specific and whole-company social events. However, it sounds as though these initiatives have not been enough to make you feel like a valued member of the team, and I’m sorry that we won’t have the opportunity to make this right.
I would like to address your comments about HR. Our People team follows a strict confidentiality procedure and works closely with Kane HR (a specialist HR consultancy firm) to ensure that everyone at Gen H is offered a more tailored and even better level of People support than at a larger business. I take your reports that our HR doesn’t meet this standard very seriously, and if you would feel comfortable doing so, I’d appreciate it if you could anonymously send an email to careers@generationhome.com – it will come directly to myself and I can explore further.
Once more, I’m sorry that you did not enjoy your time here and genuinely appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback. I hope you’ll reach out so we have the opportunity to learn more and improve what we’re doing here.
