No pros. This company is fake. They make false promises with you and then eventually leave you uninformed. Don't even think of going to this company. I wish I could give this company a Negative rating.
Cons
I had a horrible experience with this company. They took my interview for the profile of Business Analyst for 6 long hours. The interview included almost 5-6 rounds starting from the process related interview till the HR round. Fortunately I cleared all the rounds and I was promised by the HR to be contacted later. She informed me after a couple of days for one last interview round with the VP of the company. It all went well and at the last, the HR asked me for my documents to release the offer letter. They also asked me for any offer letter, if received from some other. I was super happy as I was almost at the verge of receiving my offer letter . But who knew, that this company would turn out to be so fake. They kept me waiting for almost a month, I sent them reminders, emails and called the HR for an update. But everytime she told me that they are working on my application. Almost 2 months went in vain in this to and fro communication. One fine day, when I understood that these people are just toying around with me, I sent them an email closing the chapter with them. To my surprise, I received a reply from HR wishing me luck for my future endeavours. I was shocked looking at their way of working, they couldn't find time to reply to my emails asking for update but they had time to wish me luck for my final Goodbye email.
