I left on my own terms, I called in later because I was trying to get my pay stubs and I was told I was terminated and I can't go back ever. I am not marked at not rehirable and I have to jump through hoops of I want to go back. Don't listen to this two year waiting period.. after two years, you need three written letters of recommendation, and two good performance evaluations from employers since you left geisinger. It's crazy. And it's all because I worked in evs and the head nurses didn't like me. It's all who you know there and if you know the right people, you will be okay. Now I'm trying to get work with a contracting corporation part time working not even with geisinger but in their clinics and I can't. Because of this.
