      On-call rotation can lead to a lot of after hours work. Not a lot of career opportunities for growth.

      Great pay - they have thankfully kept the rates very competitive

      Cons

      Very poor communication on contract availability/locattion when you're in line for a new assignment Also no benefits until after 1 year
