Pros
Wonderful working with the Nurses and Doctors, Geisinger is very open to Spiritual Care of the patient. The Doctors and Nurses include the Chaplain in all manner of care. Loved working there!
Cons
Because Spiritual Care is not a "money making entity" sometimes the Supervisors are less than adequate.
