      Pros

      easy going environment, work hard but play hard too. over time i paid out at time and a half. fun group of people - I still keep in touch and go out with some of the guys there.

      Cons

      Majority of the work is some what repetitive. (understandable though - clients want what they want)

      Pros

      I don’t focus on a single software but on different websites and pieces of software for multiple clients which gives the opportunity to learn more.

      Cons

      Lower payment than average in the area.

      - Friendly and helpful co-workers - Great work environment - Team building opportunities - Video games - Free pizza every other Friday - They have a pop machine

      Cons

      - Most projects are not team oriented - Unrealistic project deadlines - Speed is more valued than quality - Non-flexible work hours/work from home days - Unclear software requirements - Inconsistent programming techniques
