      Good product portfolio when it works

      Everything about this company is wrong. It’s a weirdly run Chinese organization that is very non-inclusive nor did they care about other cultures. The are happy to have conversations in Chinese right infront of you and not even knowledge you are there. Worst company I have ever worked for by far in all aspects. The PM leadership was a joke. Stay away from this company especially if you are not Chinese. Everybody play the blame game than actually work for the project success.

      -Incredible opportunity for self start and learning -Amazing product and services -Fun and innovative people to work with -Solid pay and benefits

      Cons

      -high pressure and expectations -odd hours to accommodate team in China -Not being Chinese bilingual may be challenging for the role -Still have lots of room for improvement for company structure -Work-life balance needs to be looked at -General company direction still influenced by HQ in China
