Pros
WORK FROM HOME. Loved my job when it was a company that actually cared. Once Ryan and his brood was brought in and it shifted to no one else mattered mentality it was downhill from there. Once new CRM leadership was brought in from India - compliance accountability no longer mattered.
Cons
Marina Del Rey staff - works on buddy system. No matter how hard your work, how many long hours you work, how great a job you do if you are not in with the buddy group you don't matter. Their really over paid and it will hurt the company in the long run. India Staff - lack of respect for women, american women, HIPPA violations, will lie, cheat, and cut throat until they get caught than they will hang it on your head. You opinion does not matter even when it is for the good of the company.
