it's not often that you find an innovative company that really values their employees. although there have been issues in the past, the management have taken real efforts to listen to their employees and to improve the working environment. it feels like a completely new company that feels like a family!

there were some growing pains with new employees and management, but most everything has been fixed!

No good benefits not even a single good thing. You get to learn alot because you are just thrown with responsibilities from getting a contract to delivering everything. I have seen people working really hard and not appreciated at all.

Worst management and pay rate. Most good reviews seems to be fake reviews. Micro and mean management. CEO just has no work ethics and all he cares about is getting more money and paying people less.
