Pros
Flexible schedule and enjoyable co-workers. Marriott is a great company with a lot of job growth and great values.
Cons
Long hours (just like any hotel), and constantly on your feet. Slow seasons are very slow, and busy seasons VERY busy, no in between. Could not imagine working in this position full time or for much longer than a year as some part time employees work up to 50-60 hours in a week. Lots of turnover, no one really seems to stay for long, at least not in the stated position.
