Good staff and communication and leadership

can be disorganized at times

Good first job. It's fun working with the kids and meeting the other Student Aides there. The work isn't demanding or stressful.

Low pay, but that's expected for this kind of job. Can't think of any cons but I guess you don't have too much freedom over which class you're put into.
