      Pros

      Great hands on deal experience with Managing Director. Flexibility with your schedule if you're in school. Great atmosphere with friendly employees.

      Cons

      Gateway is a great company to intern at but their compensation for interns and analyst is below market. This does not take away from the experience gained though.
