Lots of potential but desperately need to modernize - Director Gateway Group Employee Review

There's a great opportunity at Gateway in that its led by senior members who care about their employees and letting individuals grow quickly. While its cliche, you can go as far as you want here, as the firm is small enough to where its results-driven and not politically divided.

There are the standard growing pains that come with a company that is experiencing tremendous growth and adding talent quickly. Integration is a bit dated, and as the headcount grows, the organization will need to redefine its values to stay current with the job market and retain the talent it collects. Fortunately, there are tangible things the company is looking to improve upon, and its part of any successful company's history.

The location of the office is nice.

Extremely poor place to work. Slimy upper management that often misleads its employees, President is facing a lawsuit for fraudulent misrepresentation, poor pay, very high turnover rate, poor benefits, no accountability. Upper management often expects long hours from its employees yet they leave no later than 2p every day. Serious lack of diversity.
