Pros
Decent benefits but only for the select few who are considered “Tier 1” employees. Anyone below that has to pay a lot of money out of pocket. i.e. any service jobs, likely the lowest wage earners already. Quite honestly, it’s pretty discriminatory in practice and is institutional racism.
Cons
As others have mentioned, nepotism is rampant and managers are put in leadership roles with zero training and/or questionable capabilities. All under the guise of we must submit to whom the Holy Spirit has placed above you. There is a weak 360 review process and anyone who questions authority will likely be cut off.
