Cons
-In the heart of Clayton, which doesn't really match the company's vibe. The company belongs somewhere that better matches our values. Not surrounded by banks and people in suits.
-Upper management isn't very transparent about company changes
-Every department's team lead has a very different managing style. One manager might say it's okay to go out to lunch during the day, while another might not allow it.
-Bonuses aren't comparable to other companies.
-Sometimes very quiet in office (not a whole lot of collaboration)
-Not a great work-life balance. Responsibilities pile up, and sometimes have employees working well into the evenings to hit deadlines (but again, this is different from team to team)
-Pay is below average for many of the departments (though this varies from team to team)
-Upper management's schedules are FILLED with meetings, hard to make time for people who need to talk to them
-Confusion about expectations and policies between departments
-Constantly changing/revamping company goals and objectives. Hard to keep up with what is expected.
