      Training is top notch. You will receive all the training you need. Management wants and will work with you to help you succeed.

      Cons

      You have to bring in a lot of your own business. The store doesn't have a lot of traffic yet. The other stores bring in way more traffic and this one is lacking still.

      Highly rewarding job and surrounded by friends and peers who want you to learn and grow! Never a dull day at Gates. The Gates family truly cares about their employees and they want everyone to succeed.

      This job takes a lot of commitment and motivation. If you aren't motivated to succeed, this isn't the career for you.
