Pros

The people who work there are great and very helpful.

Cons

There is so much to do. You will never be caught up. You will be belittled by the Account Managers and the BDO's. They are GOD and you cannot disagree with them or else you are no good. The pay is mediocre $20-22 which is not a livable wage in Orange County. They expect you to do so much and yet upper management is complaining that you don't do enough. Hire some more people and pay for the work being done. Customer Experience is at the bottom of the barrel. There is no communication. Training is a JOKE. You are expected to understand how the engineering of the products work yet you get paid pennies. You will also be hassled for taking a break. You will be babysat so get ready.

Pros

Communication, detailed, supportive, and inclusive. I work as a remote employee for Gatekeeper. I am a recent hire. I thoroughly enjoyed the first 90 days as there was constant communication and support from the HR team as well as the team I work with. Ashlee checked in with me personally at 30,60,and 90 days as well as a few times in between to make sure I did not have any questions about my benefit elections. The team I am a part of speaks often and sometimes even makes it feel like we are in an office right next to each other instead of many states away.

Cons

I felt the hiring process was a bit longer than I would have preferred however it all worked out. I am glad that they take their time to make sure they are choosing the right person for the position instead of hiring quickly.
