Pros
My colleagues at GMG treated me with respect and congeniality. Everyone was patient, supportive and professional throughout my days there and I still consider many of them to be friends.
GMG has gone through several changes over the past few years and my recent experiences were nothing but worth celebrating. From the Executive Assistant to the content creators, to the producers to the HR department to the COO and CEO-- I have nothing but positive feedback.
This company has great growth potential for their employees as well. Several people during my tenure wound up in higher positions than they started.
Cons
I know the company is working toward comprehensive healthcare for employees-- which is commendable. Glassdoor made me put a con, so I guess this would be one area for improvement, but GMG is a great place to work and grow.
