Lack of advancement opportunity available

-Some really good hardworking people between sales and those on the manufacturing floor. -10/10 potlucks -Job security is there given the amount of hurricanes smashing Florida

-ICE raided some of the manufacturing plants and so other people are having to pick up the slack. -Low pay compared to other companies. -Senior leadership is a bunch of NEPO babies out of touch with reality.
