Pros
Spring hours are 40 Straight starting at 9.50 hourly from March-May. Outdoors is nice in the fall and winter months.
Cons
Hours drop significantly down to 20-26 hours in the off season. Working outdoors can be problematic when it rains or temps exceed 90°. Pay is not enough for the amount of work to be done. Supposed to be a "help and assist" for garden center employees but you are pretty much the only one that stocks new plants correctly. Lazy Lowe's employees not much help if any at all.
