      Pros

      Upper management are very good and care about their employees. They make do in a very tough economic environment.

      Cons

      In a mature industry with little growth. Raises (even cost of living increases) are no existent because their is no money to provide these raises.

      Pros

      Health care is paid for by company....that's about it.

      Cons

      No leadership, no training, East coast office treated like a demigod having no respect for their DM, long time employee's get away with 'murder', Canada HQ is an entity by itself, (yep we are), little to no help with job.
