VERY high employee turnover rate. Supervisors spread too thin between the different departments and shifts negatively impacting operational efficiency. Leading managers and directors seemed inexperienced in overseeing non-automated production issues. Customer service and office personnel did not demonstrate strong working knowledge in production causing numerous problems in scheduling and production that had to be dealt with in manufacturing on a DAILY basis. Numerous concerns over how human resources/personnel issues were handled. Work schedule fluctuated frequently making work-life balance efforts difficult and stressful for employees.
