      Great senior leadership team with vision trying to course correct. Awesome organization with a great history. Work is challenging and meaningful.

      Cons

      Beware the bureaucracy. Middle managers are slow to respond to a changing world and often will push back against changes in the "day to day" status quo.

      Great interesting work. Lots of smart capable leaders that encourage innovation and exploration.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy. Sometimes difficult to solve simple problems due to the amount of hoops engineers have to jump through.
