      Benefits are decent. Stock matching of up to 5%. Pushes strong culture within the company as a whole. Opportunities to work in different departments and functions within the warehouses. Has been updating applications and equipment for some of their warehouses.

      Cons

      Some hours are not preferred. Inconsistent overtime calls. Some of the equipment is a bit dated in some of the warehouses.

      Great interesting work. Lots of smart capable leaders that encourage innovation and exploration.

      A lot of bureaucracy. Sometimes difficult to solve simple problems due to the amount of hoops engineers have to jump through.
