Good place to start and learn process control with little experience. Really good management. If you want more responsibility you just have to ask. Lots of hours to work per week followed by a couple weeks of off-time.

Chaotic project environment. Logistics of traveling to sight are often disorganized. Hours are based on the clients needs and require travel to the site, so time at work can be a bit inflexible.
