I've been with Ganz for going on 5 years, working out of the US Sales Headquarters. The management team has worked to cultivate a family both in our Atlanta office and expanding across to sales force across the US. Ganz has been a supportive place to call home, even during personal struggles. The management is flexible and has does not micromanage. They empower us to be dynamic, speak up, and grow our roles in the organization. We work both on solo projects and as a team. Management shows appreciation where it's due. My role has changed and adapted over the years, and I have had the opportunity to learn a lot in my young career.

Like anyone else, I'd love the opportunity for increased compensation. I've been pleased with the reviews and increases I've received over the last five years.
