Pros
- working for "world mobile leader in gaming industry" - definitely a character-shaping experience for those who's new to the industry and want to "smell the cordite" - occasionally interesting people (not in the management wing, obviously)
Cons
- layers and layers of management often without clear or consistent vision - salary is less than competitive - lack of originality or depth in products, revenue-centered, regurgitated ideas - crunches are frequent (which is often caused by #1 in this list) and not compensated properly - top management is exploitative and doesn't care about people
