      top management has literally no idea what and how to do, and pretty good at making bad decisions + they cost a LOT. salaries are way lower than any other competition

      Cons

      studios can be quite independent and can have nice company culture

      - Get exposure to the industry - Genuinely had some great and fun days there - Meet some interesting people and make some friends - You're not designing banner ads somewhere
